The discount is for people living in the same household (evidence must be provided). Family passes can only be purchased at the counter, and valid proof of address (only in german) must be shown.
The Engadin Pass gives you free access in winter to the entire 350 km (218 mile) skiing network with its 56 cableways and ski lifts, including the Engadin Bus services and certain sections of the Rhaetian Railway network. In summer, the Engadin Pass is valid on all 13 transportation facilities.
Second-home owners who buy an annual pass for the mountain railways of the Upper Engadin are loyal winter sports fans and supporters of the Engadin who make good use of their holiday apartments. The local authorities of the Upper Engadin are rewarding this loyalty by paying part of the cost of a season ticket for the lifts. The discount is 10 per cent and applies to annual and 3-year passes issued by the Engadin St. Moritz Mountain Pool group for the next 2 years. The annual passes are purchased from us at the normal price. The refund will be paid out by the local authority on presentation of your receipt at the municipal offices.

Who's entitled to the card
Anyone is entitled to the Piz Engiadina Card who is liable for taxation on their employment income in, or is a permanent resident of, a municipality in the districts of Upper Engadin, Brusio, Sur Tasna (only the municipalities of Susch, Zernez including Brail and Lavin), Bregaglia/Bergell and Poschiavo.
Holders of weekly residence permits (Swiss nationals or foreigners) are not entitled to claim a Piz Engiadina Card for local residents.
Document checklist for obtaining a Piz Engiadina Card:
Snow sports instructors with a valid ID receive a 33% reduction on their ski ticket.
Switzerland: Snowboard instructor/ski instructor level II or III with valid or previous year FK stamp (FK stamp is valid for 2 years)
Foreign countries: ID cards with valid ISIA, IVSI, MoU mark
